Simon has worked in the industry for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge across all logistics areas with a particular emphasis on supplier budget negotiations as well as exacting on-site delivery. Part of the management team that created CSE some twelve years ago, his role as Managing Director sees him acting as the key liaison for our major contracts and international governing bodies. Simon also works specifically with our largest conference and incentive events and ensures that the level of attention to detail that they expect permeates throughout all facets of the organisation.

Anna studied Business & Finance with Tourism at Bournemouth University, which was good preparation for a career path, which has centred around the sports travel market. Her experience has included arranging cricket spectator tours following the England team around the globe and working with athletics teams. Working closely with Sporting Governing Bodies, Anna advises and organises travel and logistics for national teams travelling overseas for competition and training, as well as hosting transport and accommodation for UK-based events.

Nicola has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry. Beginning her career at a high street travel agency selling package holidays and flights and running the foreign exchange office before moving into corporate travel and Sporting Events in 1998. During the last 20 years, she has built up a vast knowledge of logistics within sports and events and specialises in large groups requiring ground handling, hotels reservations and hotel management. She enjoys working with the sports teams both in the lead-up and on-site at the event.

Lucy’s career began working for a multi-national company in the leisure industry and she soon progressed into the business travel sector. Whilst working in this sector she was responsible for booking the travel and logistics for a number of blue-chip companies. The move into the events industry began in 2006 booking flights, multi-sector itineraries and group travel for national and international sports teams. In 2008, she moved to CSE and has spent the last 12 years progressing from business travel into managing major events including many successful European & World Championships.

Mandy has worked within finance for travel and events for most of her career; Mandy has managed the accounts with CSE for over 5 years and is a constant source of support to both clients and the team.

Jodie completed a degree in Travel & Tourism Management before starting her career in the hospitality industry. Following this, she spent 15 years working for corporate hotel chains Marriott and Radisson and took on the various front of house and event management roles. Jodie moved over to CSE in 2017 and has since assisted and managed the planning and delivery of many major sporting events; including European and World Championships.

Kelly completed an AVCE in travel and tourism before starting her career in 2006 as a business travel agent processing accommodation, rail and flight requests within an implant for large construction and facilities firm. She has worked for a further two business travel companies where she progressed to include meeting/event and groups booking to her skill set. In 2017 she made the change to sporting events, since joining CSE she has drawn on her previous work experience to process day to day travel for clients, group accommodation & flights and over see many events for one of our major clients.

Danielle joined CSE in 2017 while completing her Events Management degree at University. As a Junior Event’s Assistant Danielle has supported major sporting events such as the World Athletics Championships & World Para Championships. Since becoming an Events Manager, she has assisted with many more renowned sporting events; including the European and World Para Swimming Championships.

Fiona started her career working in business travel for a multi-national company arranging flights and accommodation for various companies. She has worked for a number of large business travel companies before making the change into sporting events in 2007. Fiona then joined CSE on a part time basis in 2009 after the birth of her second child and has worked alongside her colleagues organising many successful sporting events.
